Additional tenant application

This form is for adding additional people to an existing tenancy. The owner of each property needs to review the information provided and may deny the application for any reason. The fee for adding additional tenants is $100 per additional adult and non-refundable. You will be prompted for payment of the fees thru Paypal on the next page. Without payment, this request will not be considered. After approval, you may be required to sign a lease addendum before allowed to move-in. The usual turn-around time is 5 business days.
